Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@naravibe.de. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. We ask you to securely package the products to prevent damage during shipping. Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
